Shipping & Returns

A short guide to how your order reaches you, and what to do if something isn't right. The full details are in our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

Shipping

We ship to the UK, the US, Canada, Australia and much of Europe. Every piece is checked and packed by hand before it is sent. UK delivery usually takes 10 to 18 working days from the day you order, and international delivery usually takes 15 to 25 working days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery is free on every UK order. International delivery is £5.99, and free on international orders over £40. International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country, and these are paid by the customer if they apply.

 

Changed your mind?

You can cancel within 14 days of your order arriving. Email us at lapisandlore@gmail.com with your order number and we will refund you in full. In most cases there is no need to send anything back.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will refund or replace it.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of your request. Your bank may take a little longer to show it. We may occasionally ask for an item to be returned, and returnless refunds are limited to one per customer.
